"My hope is to inspire my clients to live like no one else, so that later in life, they can live (and give) like no one else."
With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jorge seeks to inspire the next wave of Latino professionals. Mr. Flores began his career in banking at the retail level and quickly climbed the ranks to corporate banking where he spent the better part of 8 years gaining valuable experience working with business clients spanning across a multitude of industries. Jorge’s personal mission is to inspire the next wave of Latino professionals and entrepreneurs through thoughtful coaching and mentoring.
Jorge joined Trilogy Financial in 2012 as a Wealth Advisor and has had notable success in building his practice around the concept of “same side of the table” advising with his clients; placing on emphasis on fiduciary planning (looking out for his clients’ best interest above all) and client experience. Following a structured process and personalizing his client meetings has earned him the ability to sustain a referral- only practice. Another area that Mr. Flores focuses on is working with privately- held businesses and their owners to design employee benefit programs, executive compensation, and protection planning.
In his personal life, Jorge’s interests include spending time outdoors hiking, mountain biking, playing competitive tennis, and engaging in thoughtful debate about world affairs. Exploring new cultures is also something that Jorge finds great joy in; observing firsthand that gastronomy is truly one of the best ways to learn about a country and its customs. Jorge speaks Spanish, French and is developing fluency in German. Mr. Flores earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida with a concentration in International Business and a minor in Marketing. He also holds advanced certifications in Corporate Financial Analysis and Commercial Credit & Underwriting. Current licenses include FINRA Series 6, 63, 65. He is also in the process of pursuing his CFP designation. In addition to his professional obligations, Jorge volunteers as a Board Member of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America), serving as the Vice President of the Coaching and Mentoring Program.
